Spieker Stratmore Commercial (“SSC”) was established in 2001 when we identified the need for a true “value-add” commercial real estate brokerage firm. It was apparent that tenants have specific and often technical real estate requirements, and that too often companies make real estate decisions based solely on square footage, rent and tenant improvement dollars.
In our early years, we met many tenants who were unhappy with their previous real estate experience. We found that this was usually due to two failures: a lack of planning and a poor understanding of their true needs.
This is the reason for our company’s founding. Completing over 75 deals a year, we are able to inform our clients of the issues they will likely encounter, as well as approximately how long it will take to resolve these issues. We have the ability to understand how our clients utilize their space, listen to their needs and assemble the necessary vendors to address the requirement and anticipate costs.
This is what separates us from our competition: we take our clients from pre-requirement planning to move-in, not just for a drive around the block.
